We spent the day with Patrick Dempsey as he explored The Ecology School in Saco, Maine. The Ecology School inspires stewardship of and connection to the natural world through experiential learning in ecology, conservation, farming, and sustainability.

The school provides students with an immersive exploration of natural resources and land management. With interactive field studies, stewardship projects, beach excursions, and more, the program strives to be a hands-on education in ecology and land management. Patrick had the chance to tour the facility, visit with students, teachers, and staff, and cook up some fresh veggies in the kitchen.
