In 2010, we helped create “Meet Your Farmer”, a series of eight short films about Maine farmers, commissioned by the Maine Farmland Trust, an organization that works to preserve farm land in Maine for farming use, as a way to highlight the vibrant but fragile state of farming in Maine. We worked with our best friends at Pull-Start Pictures to film and edit the films. We even composed some of the music.

The films show the diverse range of farming operations in the state of Maine. Though some of these farmers are no longer with us, the state of Maine remains a rich and vibrant place in which to celebrate farming's traditions and plan for its future.
